Food and nutrition!

Yesterday we learnt all about the Food Pyramid with Nova from the Food for thought nutrition programme.


Today we learnt all about the labels on food and the amount of sugar in drinks!

    Yay now my children understand why I don't let them have fizzy or juice on a regular basis - I love that schools are taking responsibility for keeping our children just a bit informed about healthy nutrition ☺Kylie
